Baskerville
Baskerville was designed and painted by professional artist Mik Richardson.
Design summary
Our intrepid hero dog ‘Holmes’ is on the case and ready for adventure. In his cape and Deerstalker hat, he is unmistakable as the super sleuth. The inspiration behind the design was The Sherlock Holmes adventure ‘Hound of the Baskervilles’.
Sensory items
We asked our artists to come up with a scent and a touch item that relates to their design to give a multi-sensory perspective to their concept. Some of these items will be incorporated into our sighted guide and sensory tours. Mik's sensory items are:
- Touch item: A tweed deerstalker hat.
- Scent item: Woodland smell.
